Cancellation Policy

We at Alpenglow understand things happen and appointments will be missed, but kindly understand there is a 100% charge to the card on file if a 24 hour cancellation is not given, regardless of the reason, as we will most likely be unable to fill that time frame on short notice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so using the online scheduler or leave us a message at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
